The Content Change Request facility is for local businesses that prefer not be VIP members,
for VIP members who prefer not to do the listing changes themselves,
or for non-local businesses that cannot be accepted as VIP members of the Chicagoland
Vibary Network.
If you fall into one of the above categories and see some content on the Vibary Network for consumers
that refer to your business, and would like to have it updated, please pick one of the methods below.
Request via Contact Us:
- Click the
button found on the bottom of every page of this site.
- Fill in the form and submit.
We are committed to review and process all Contact Us submissions. However we do not
guarantee any timeframe for this FREE service.
If you want to follow up with a previous submission, you have to submit a new one.
Submit a Content Change Request:
- Submit the initial request with pre-payment.
- Upon successful pre-payment, you will receive an Access Code.
- Use the Access Code in subsequent communication regarding this request.
Once we have received your submitted form and pre-payment, we will review the work request
in our priority queue, and contact you to give you a timeline for resolution.
NOTE: using this paid service does not enhance the resolution
in your favor. It only allows your request to be processed more expeditiously.
