Usually there is no need to terminate your VIP membership. VIP members are not obligated to purchase anything. By keeping your FREE VIP membership, you can enjoy the complimentary services, such as your FingerWalk Directory listings and other values and promotions.

If you decide to terminate your VIP membership:

1. First read the Membership Termination Policy. It describes what information will be deleted and what will be retained. In general, we will keep the CONFIDENTIAL information during the reactivation period (see below) and delete it afterwards, retain the PRIVATE information offline in our permanent records, and continue to publish the PUBLIC information on the Vibary Network for consumers for general viewing.
2. Withdraw your current orders. Please note that, per the order withdrawal policy, any credit due on a withdrawn order is deposited into your Promotional Piggey balance. Since the credit in the Promotional Piggey balance cannot be converted into cash and redeemed to you, you will loose this credit upon your VIP withdrawal request. In this case we recommend that you let your current orders run their course, and do not create new orders before you terminate your VIP membership.
3. If you have credit in your Paid-In Piggey balance, please sign in and request a refund. Credit in your Paid-In Piggey balance is money you deposited into your Piggey Balance and have not used it. We will happily return this money to you.

   NOTE: request a refund before submitting your termination request.

4. Submit your termination request. Once your termination request has been submitted, your VIP membership will be moved to our deactivated list for 183 days. During the deactivated period, your VIP membership is not deleted, but you cannot sign in to the Vibase site to create new listings, review your PUBLIC, PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL information, or request a refund.
5. During the deactivated period, you can reactivate your membership. After the deactivated period has passed, if you haven't reactivated your membership, it will be deleted as described in the Membership Termination Policy.
6. Once you have terminated your VIP membership, your FingerWalk Directory page of your business will return to display only the PUBLIC information similarly to any other unregistered business. Your unregistered Directory page will remain displayed for local consumers' viewing as long as we think your business is still active to serve them.
7. If during your VIP membership termination, you also indicate that you have closed the business, your FingerWalk Directory page will be shown as inactive instead of unregistered. An inactive Directory page will be removed from the Vibary Network on the one-year anniversary date of your VIP membership termination.
